It has a good but sloping concrete floor and galvanised roller shutter loading doors. The roof is clad with single skin corrugated metal sheeting. The walls concrete panels that extend to around 3 metres with vented cladding above.

There is a communal toilet block in an adjacent building and running water is available nearby. There is a single-phase electricity supply to the building and flood lights only, fitted internally There is no outside storage areas available and parking for approximately 3 vehicles will be included in front of the building.

Due to the neighbouring houses and limited access, the building is considered only suitable for low-key storage uses. Motor repairs will not be considered.
