Acting for a constortium of local farmers, we have agreed the letting of a 12,000 square foot former grainstore to Greenwoods Removals Ltd. They have taken the warehouse at Chrichester Grain, Hambrook near Chichester on a new 10 year lease to add to their existing storage at Portfield. 

Charlotte George has ventured out on her own and taken a lease on 26 Felpham Road, Felpham to start a new coffee shop. She has taken a new 5 year lease which accompanies the letting of the 26b Felpham Road to a dog groomers late in 2021. 

Legal support company Law South Group have relocated their Chichester office to Chilgrove Business Centre. They were based in the town centre for many years and have opted for the rural setting out of town at Chilgrove. They have taken a 600 square foot suite from the 1st January.

Unit 1 at Keynor Barns, Keynor Lane, Sidlesham has been taken by LV Rehabilitation Ltd. The physio therapists have opened a new neurological rehabilitation clinic. They have taken a new 10 year lease on the new building. Constructed of environmentally friendly materials Unit 1 forms one of four similar new commercial buildings. Unit 4 is completed and occupied by SieMatic Ltd and Unit 2 is due to be completed in the spring and has been taken by Eternal Maker.
