Acting for the Co-Ops pension company Mutual Associates Ltd, we have completed the sale of the freehold investment of 69 North Street, Chichester to a private investor. Previously occupied by Vodaphone, the property has been sold effectively with vacant possession other than some short term income from retailer All That Glitters. New tenants are now being sought as All That Glitters returns to its former premsies following its refurbishment.  

Acting for Chichester College, we have completed the sale of the first plot of land at the Brinsbury College campus to Hepworths & Company Brewers Ltd. Construction has already started on the new 30,000 sqft brewery, bottling plant and distribution warehouse. The facility will house the company's expansion and relocation from nearby Horsham. Hepworths will provide apprenticeships, work experience and learning opportunities for the College's students.

Following the news that their landlord would not renew their lease, Manuka Wholefoods Ltd were concerned how they were going to maintain their business and relocate to other suitable premsies. Working with Alex Medhurst, he assisted identifying other suitable retail units in Chichester. Negotiations were started and a new lease has nopw been completed for the sucessful and growing wholefoods business to move from the Boardwalk arcade to a prime position at 61 East Street in central Chichester. Careful negotiations will acheive a seamless transition.

Fab Auto Tools Ltd have completed a lease on Unit 3b Thicket Lane at Halnaker which is near Goodwood. Taking the new unit from Wabi Sabi Ltd, they will be using the unit to store and carry out light vintage vehicle restorations.
