A letting of 69 North Street in Chichester has now been completed. Luckes Limited will open a new well-being store and cafe on the ground floor with a clinic on the first floor. The shop is expected to open in the Spring of 2017 after extensive fitting-out and alteration works. Acting for a private investor, Medhursts agreed a new 10 year lease on the whole building which was previously occupied by Vodaphone.
