Acting for The Prebendal School, we have agreed a letting of the former Puddles offices at 56 West Street to Kenton Budd Limited for a new estate agency business. The historic building is adjacent to the Cathedral and opposite House of Fraser. Kenton Budd was previously with Henry Adams and has set up his own practice from the premises.
