Acting for Chichester College, we have completed the sale of the first plot of land at the Brinsbury College campus to Hepworths & Company Brewers Ltd. Construction has already started on the new 30,000 sqft brewery, bottling plant and distribution warehouse. The facility will house the company's expansion and relocation from nearby Horsham. Hepworths will provide apprenticeships, work experience and learning opportunities for the College's students.
