Following the news that their landlord would not renew their lease, Manuka Wholefoods Ltd were concerned how they were going to maintain their business and relocate to other suitable premsies. Working with Alex Medhurst, he assisted identifying other suitable retail units in Chichester. Negotiations were started and a new lease has nopw been completed for the sucessful and growing wholefoods business to move from the Boardwalk arcade to a prime position at 61 East Street in central Chichester. Careful negotiations will acheive a seamless transition.
