Arun Estates Ltd trading as Cubitt & West Estate Agents has completed a new lease on 53 North Street Chichester. Medhursts represented the private owners to agree a new 10 year lease after Hennings Wine Merchants decided not to renew their lease. Cubitt & West will relocate their current East Street branch.
