Another problem case involved extracting a sub-tenant from an onerours sub-lease that had been entered into without any professional advice. Acting for the sub-tenant we reviewed the options and explored relocation opportunities. This resulted in a delicate negotiation with the landlord for an early surrender of the sub-lease and agreeing terms for a new lease on alternative premises. Our client ended up with a much better and larger new home for his business with lower over heads and a happy outcome for all.
