Acting for a consortium of local farmers we have let a 9,400 square foot warehouse to Bestlog in Priors Leaze Lane, Hambrook. The warehouse will be used to store replacement chassis for Rolls Royce which are used for repairing damaged vehicles. 2 other units at the same site are also under offer.

Acting for a private investor we have acquired the freehold of a vacant shop and flat in West Street, Midhurst. The flat was let on along lease and the ground floor transferred into a SiPP and sub let to Merritts of Midhurst Ltd, funeral directors. The complex transaction was seamless with no void period on the shop.

After protracted negotiations a new lease has been agreed on 31b London Road, Bognor Regis. Medhursts acted for the private landlords to agree a new 5 year lease to Shoezone Retail Ltd. A sizeable rent reduction was agreed in line with the rest of London Road, reflecting the difficult trading conditions and shift in High Street rental rates. Ramsdens represented Shoezone.
